Resilient roots for lasting growth

Hi! My name is Ashley Scheetz. I’m a licensed therapist and see clients virtually in the state of Florida. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, trauma, substance use, and domestic violence. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I provide affirming care and am committed to ongoing growth as an ally to the BIPOC community.

I practice person-centered therapy by creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and accepted. Rather than telling you what to do, I work collaboratively with you, trusting that you are the expert on your own life. Through empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, I support you in gaining insight, self-acceptance, and confidence to move toward meaningful change

I meet you where you are and offer a safe, non-judgmental space to be your full self. We’ll focus on what’s helped you survive, what you want moving forward, and realistic steps toward change. I also believe there’s room for humor—because healing can include laughter, too.
